Depending on what you assume
But I think that's rude

Seems like a jerk move or junction
In those times when you're in a large room
With a pretty girl

It's absurd
The way we read hearts
'Cause we never learned to read for our part

It's not lazy writing, it's creator's block

What we're talking about and what we are choosing
What we're trying to listen to and what we're ruining
What we're really doing is we're drowning in our thoughts
Or some are just so shallow and we're not living smart enough
Consolidated, the end of my rejects
And then end of empty sinks in the kitchen
Or the bathroom, whatever you prefer
I really hope there's something you learned, even a word

I hope you're still there
